Is the registration fee really refundable?
Yes. The full registration fee is refunded once your completed pages are received and verified by our desk.
How long does payment verification take?
Most payments are verified within 2 business hours. Orders paid late at night are reviewed the next morning.
What if my UTR is wrong?
Your order stays pending and our team contacts you on the mobile number you registered. You can resubmit the correct UTR.
When do I receive the reward?
The advance is released after approval, and the balance plus refund is paid after your pages are submitted and checked.
Can I work on more than one project?
Yes, once your first project is submitted successfully you can register for a higher slab.
How do I track my order?
Open the Track Order page and enter your Order ID along with the mobile number used at registration.
